Just recieved the GA Tech Certificate

I just received today the GA Tech certificate of completion. It says that ive been awarded 3.3 continious education points..i was wondering if i can use those points even if i took the course prior the PE

You'll have to check with your state but for me, you are exempt from CE for the first initial licensing period and then you have to get the education during the next period. It would not fly here.
