IEQ 8.2 - Views for 90% of spaces

I'm having a hard time calculating the floor area with direct line of sight to perimeter vision glazing.

Also, can someone explain the difference of Plan area vs Calculated area of direct line of sight to perimeter vision glazing? This is very importatnt to identify floor areas with direct line of sight over 75%.
