Has anyone purchased teh IEEE P.E. Review before? I purchased this about a year ago. Unfornutately, I just took the wrapper off the Machineery & Application Disks. To my dismay, the darn disks are BLANK! If anyone has had a problem with the IEEE Review Disks could you tell me who to contact. Or, if you have purchased it and it worked, was it worth anything? I can not seem to find them at the IEEE site any longer. Just the Breath CD. It was helpful. It goes thru the NCEES CD problems.
