i am taking PE in April, 2010 ( Water depth). i have following questions.

1) Which materials do i have to study?

2) which chapters from the CERM i req to study? as its little confusing for water-env portion. do i req to study all the chapters??

First of all, if you're taking the exam in April and you are just now trying to figure out what to study, you've got some serious catching up to do. It can still be done, but you're going to need to get cracking and plan on putting in several hours a day of studying.

Second, you can check the NCEES website and it has a breakdown of all the subjects covered in both the morning and afternoon portions of the exam.
