I am trying to use my HP 35s calculator and cannot figure why all the out put is in "h". ie I would input 5x5 enter and the result would be "19h". I'm sure this calculator cannot be broken as I have not touched it since the test. Does anyone know how to fix this?

 
your calc is in hexadecimal mode. you need to change the base output mode.

 
Press "Right" and then "BASE" (which is number 1) and then select "DEC".
