In good condition, not writing within the book. It's missing the outer clear plastic cover. The corners are a little bent and there's a small tear along the spiral on the cover. It will work fine for what you need it for. I bought it off the forum here over the summer for a little bit more. But now I passed with this book and I don't need it. It may even be slightly lucky since I passed
