Graffeo Ex.7 and Graffeo Test #15,#21

For those of you with the book, Ex.7 is the same problem as problem 15 and 21 of the test, yet the answers are different. To me, the example is right and the test answers are wrong? Please comment on this

You can email Graffeo, he responds rather quickly.Also, problem 15 and the example are the same in my copy. It looks like 21 was solved a different way.
