Pretty specific question here...

In credit EA4, Enhanced refrigerant management, where do the "Rc" values come from? Page 223 of the reference manual has some examples but I don't know where I'm supposed to find the "Rc" values. I found a table with default maximums, but nothing seems to match up.

Studying. I was just trying to understand what I was reading. Thanks for the reply, it was very reassuring.

^ There was a lot of info I didn't understand when I was studying. I'm not a building service guy so some the M/E/P stuff went right over my head.

What's important is to know the intent, thresholds, and standards of a particular credit. Calculations will be nothing more than pen and paper arithmetic.
