Cogeneration Sample question

HI!!!

This is going to be my second attempt at this test. I remember there were some problems on co- generation the first time that I took the test but I can't seem to find any sample questions in the books that I have. Atleast none with calculations involved. Can anyone refer some books or share some material that you may have on this topic??

I took the exam in October 08 and I don't think there were any questions on cogeneration. And looking at the exam format for power in April 09, there is no mention of cogeneration.
