Code Master references

Does anyone have the laminated code master design guides from "the other board"?

What do you think of them? Do you use them for every day design or just to study for the exams?

Do you have the 2 page or 6 page version? Are they allowed in the exam room for the S2?

It has older style ref's but updated versions of these are now out.
