I bought the cd-rom review set from ASCE that covers the 5 Civil areas and it definitely helped me pass the April 2008 PE. It has formula sheets to print out for each area and lots of practice problems to work as you go through the sections. There is still about 6-months of online time left although I never accessed it. There must be Internet Explorer on your computer to use it.
