Almost new condition. I bought new October 2011. Upon reading for about 2 weeks I noted it is missing pages 36-11 through 40-4. I got a replacement from PPI for free, but what a strange thing. The topics missing (geotech) can easily be made up by purchasing Goswami's All-in-One text which isn't a bad idea anyway.
