Odd question - I passed the Electrical PE exam a few years back, and recently I changed careers to the Transportation field. I won't be required to sign/seal drawings in my new field, but I have relatively little knowledge/experience in this field, and curious what if others have done this before and if there are any problems..
I'm assuming when you take CE credits they would be in your new discipline?
I'm not pretending to be an expert in my new field, but would like to keep my PE licensure nonetheless. Looking for feedback.
Thanks,

I'd keep up with CE credits in electrical to maintain the electrical PE. Some general CEs (such as state mandated ethics or contracting courses might be applicable to all fields and certain will be useful in transportation as well.
