10% typically on small projects.  I don't do the estimating for large projects.

I see management always trying to eliminate change orders, but it just keeps getting worse with projects having multiple change orders anyway.  It keeps increasing

It just keeps getting worse and projects just stalls over negotiations.

We have projects delayed for years.  One big project has estimated completion yr 2014 and its not complete yet.
