I'm taking the structural portion of the PM exam. I have never worked on bridges or highway projects (although the economy might change that in the future). I am primarily studying from the CERM by Lindeburg.
I am wondering if an outdated code that I am not familiar with is worth $240 or if I can get by with the CERM for the transportation questions. How many questions do you think I'd miss without it?
I don't know anyone that I can borrow the book from and with one member of the household already laid-off I'm being frugal with my money.
I'm refering to this book: "AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications, 3rd Edition with Interims, PE Exam Edition"
Thanks for any opinions.
