I see. Did you receive any emails prior to the technical approval email? Such as an email confirming that BPELSG received your application, email stating that your application was referred to technical review? If so, when?

04/21/17 - Took NCEES 8 hour exam 05/25/17 - Received results notice from NCEES. Passed 8 hour.  07/03/17 - Mailed my application package for licensure via USPS priority mail (with a tracking number) 07/05/17 - CA BPELSG received my application package (tracked with tracking number)...

Cut out is 3.5" W x 2.25" H. In other words, yes, about credit card size (a few mm larger even). 

Got my pocket certificate in the mail this morning.

I could not find this information regarding being able to schedule after the deadline was available to applicants on either the BPELSG website or Prometric website; Also the information bulletins on Prometric's websites state "To take the exam you must schedule an exam appointment by September...

Today (Monday, 09/18) is prometric's deadline to schedule your test for this cycle. Did the BPELSG tell you they would contact prometric to make an exception for you?

I would give them a call to ask where your ATT is.

I was in a similar circumstance to you (passed April 2017 NCEES exam, received email stating I could submit my application before July 10 as a one-time exception for the Fall 2017 CA exams). I got my acceptance yesterday (9/5/17) at 12:55 PM, but I am still waiting on my Authorization to Test...
