Late response to this, but as long as there is no conflict of interest you are fine. You're ethics training at USACE will talk about this. Typically the contractors for USACE are not the same as residential. There are definitely a handful of people in each district who do side jobs.  

My daughter actually really liked the hyper cube. I was laying in bed with her, trying to get her to go to sleep as I browsed this bored and she said "look mommy! That cube is really cool!" True story.

May 25th. Friday before the long weekend. That way only a few states get results and others have to wait over the weekend knowing that their test is already graded.

I took the test 8 months pregnant. At least I had an obvious reason to use the restroom so many times. Otherwise they would probably have to check the restroom for contraband material 😂 Definitely wasted valuable time going back and forth in a large room.

For civil construction I had one backpack and that was it. I had a binder that encompassed a lot of topics that I mainly used in addition to the CERM. 

In Washington you need 10 years of engineering work under a PE instead of four. You are also required to have your FE. I know people have have actually done this.

The environmental part might end up biteing you in the butt if you have no background in it. The CE's that I know who took that exam was fine for the water resources/hydraulic part but struggled on the chem part of environmental 

I borrowed one and didn't end up using it.
