Passed! FL Civil PE - Structures afternoon

I did the same thing as aphex. As a first timer I passed too!!! :multiplespotting: Oh yeah - I did Structures afternoon.

It was the first thing that showed up when i logged in. There was a button to click to send the results.

Yes I do! I'm waiting for mine to come as well... every time I get a new e-mail my blood pressure rises.

I'm just ready to get it over with... hopefully we'll know this week!

Nice idea, but I think it'd be distracting for me. I'd be wondering if I'd done those problems and did I think they were easy? OR Why are they hitting that button so quickly?

Definitely yes! I won't be using it for a while either, but I'm sure my mom will want to see it :)

At this point it will be used for future advancement, but means an immediate pay increase. If I pass, that'll be nice! I work for a large company so they get the added advantage of writing down one more PE and I won't even have to seal anything right away. Not a bad thing!

Jennifer - Where did you go for your Masters? I went to UT Austin. I saw you are in Dallas, which is where I live, so I'm curious. I remember at our orientation Dr. Yura said that when we graduated we would essentially have a Masters in Structural Engineering. I see where you are coming from...

You sound like your in the same boat as me and that's more or less my plan. Keep it up and we'll eventually get to #7! As for test nervousness - I like in exams how you have some time in the beginning filling in all your details, I expect the PE to be no different. Since that usually takes...
