Ventilation rate calculation - old or new ASHRAE?

It will obviously depend on how much information you're given in the problem. If you're able to, do them both and see if the answers are similar. Most likely it will be the new method.

I'm pretty sure that's the case.

Get the one that accompanies the MERM. That's the best one.

    College Football 2010

I'm still mad that Cooper left OSU. He was our best player. I hope RR is toast no matter what. Even if we were to win 12 games I'd want him out. I can't stand the guy, and I don't know any other alums who like him. He's a disgrace to our program.

    Practice exam materials

I agree with Shaggy. Get all 3 six minute solution books, the problems in them are worth the time and money.

    College Football 2010

I'm hoping for either an amazing season (won't happen) for U-M or a dismal one (most likely) that will result in RichRod's firing. Nothing in the middle that might give him the hope of keeping his job.

    droid phone

I just ordered a Droid from Amazon and should get it in the mail today. It was only $0.01 with a 2 year contract. I thought that was a pretty good deal , and a reasonable upgrade from my 2005 Motorola RAZR.

    Exam Difficulty

There are so many threads on this topic I'm not even going to bother to answer anymore. Just do a search and I'm sure you'll find lots of people with varying opinions. Sorry I'm of no help today!

3 months to prepare for the P.E.

You can do it if you put in the effort. If you can still get in about 300 hours of good solid studying and practice problems between now and October, then you can do it. Good luck!

    PE - HVAC October 2010

I'm not Mechgirl but only a few letters off. The 4 ASHRAE books are Fundamentals, Applications, Refrigeration and Systems & Equipment. I used the 1997-2000 editions (one of the four books is updated every year). You can buy the newer editions but they cost a lot more than older used...

Get ready, because I'm about to blow your mind

Even though I lived in Michigan for 24 years or so, I only visted the UP once when I was a kid. I've probably seen more of the other states I've lived in since then than I ever saw of Michigan. So far the only accent I've detected in San Antonio is hispanic. It seems everyone else in this...

Do you mean the ram? I guess its kind of the same thing, but Shiner calls it a ram.

Get ready, because I'm about to blow your mind

There's a Michigan accent? I always thought people from Michigan spoke in the non-accent that news reporters use.

Get ready, because I'm about to blow your mind

I grew up in Michigan so it was Pop for me. But I haven't lived there in over 10 years so its usually soda or sodapop now. I've even caught myself saying Coke once or twice because I lived in Atlanta for 4 years.

which calcualtor for ME (HVACR) Test

I like the Casios. I had both the ES and MS and they worked fine. I don't see any need for any more functions, the Casio does everything you need.

Is the job prospect for civil not looking good?

I agree to an extent that large auditorium classes suck, but I went to a large school and that was common for freshman level classes. It sucked but that was life at a school of 40,000 students. But even in first and second year engineering classes, I highly doubt you would see as many students...
