    California Results

Are you guys just getting the results for the NCEES exam, or the state specific exams too? I only took the CA Surveying/Seismic exams. Are those results emailed to us?

Has Anyone Gotten their CA PE or SE through reciprocity? What is the process?

Hey Cajone5, you basically have to apply like you would if you were sitting for your PE for the first time. They allow you to submit your NCEES record which reduces the application size. However, you still have to submit your application by the deadline to take the Surveying and Seismic exams...

    Grading the SE

Haha, well played @OPokes! I got a good laugh out of that.

    C'mon Colorado

@Rig0rd - I think all of the new PE numbers should be up. I took the SE exam, and we got our results about a week after the PE results, and my number is showing up already. I also got a letter in the mail from the CO Board this past Friday or Saturday with a wallet sized PE license...

    Let the nervous countdown begin

Since it's approaching 5pm on the east coast, is it safe to assume that all of the states that are going to release through NCEES today probably have already? I would hope that the NCEES employees would work late on days like today, but you never know.

    Let the nervous countdown begin

I don't think the PCS States have even gotten their PE results yet! The first states reported their PE results on December 4th. If NCEES doesn't release the results to the state boards until late next week, I bet the PCS states won't get their SE results until January. @JDstruc, California is...

    Let the nervous countdown begin

@tenguy23, in Illinois they released the Vertical and Lateral results on different days? That seems crazy to me. Luckily I haven't heard of any other states doing that. I know a guy that took the SE in October 2011. NCEES Grading Workshop: Dec 2-3 Results Released: Dec 19th That year it...

    C'mon Colorado

I noticed that too. My theory is that the record cold weather is causing the delay.

So, how did the October 2013 SE go?

This was my first attempt at the SE (I took both days). I did all of my research, and knew it was going to be one hell of an exam. I studied a ton for it, but it was even harder than I imagined. I think I have about a 50/50 shot at passing each day. Now the waiting begins. I'm not sure if...

    Hours Studied for SE Exam?

Thanks for all of the feedback. I'm planning on taking both components at the same time. I was planning on putting in 300+ hours of quality studying. It sounds like my study goals are in line with what other people have done.

    Hours Studied for SE Exam?

I'm in the process of studying for the SE Exam in October. I'm just curious how many hours people typically study for this exam. I know it's not about the number of hours, but the quality of the studying. It would helpful if you listed the approximate number of hours studied, if you took any...
