Thats because after passing your PE LAPELS only gives you a 4 month pass. Then you have to renew your application for 2 yrs by paying the board $120 ($60 per yr). Everyones PE Registration gets reniewed the same time (April 30th). Hope this helps.

Lookup your name in PE Board Registration search for all the registered PE in the your state. If your name shows up, it will have your PE Registration Number assigned to you. LA Board has already started posting the information.
