I'm a 5 time taker and this is the first time I put crosses in my exam books and I passed. You do the math.

Oh boy, that just takes it to a whole new level- lol. I hope we all pass and put this behind us :)

i dont know if i passed yet but i really hope i do. I put the sign of the cross on the first page of my morning and afternoon books :)

In oct i took the exam i didnt get an e-mail for any survey- all i got was my (F)antastic result, but this time i did get an e-mail asking for input, hmmmm.....wonder if that means anything or is that just some wishful dreaming..

I don't know about that. It's from ppi's marketing dept. I don't if they know the scores or if they just send everybody who bought something from them e- mails to buy more, although someone who passed the exam would probably never buy material from them.

I bet I failed again, yesterday and today I got emails from ppi2pass to buy more stuff from them :(

Actually I hope we get results on Jan 7. It would a bitter sweet Christmas gift for me :) . I keep praying for a pass to put this behind me ( I'm a repeat taker so that is less than a 1/3 passing). Hopefully we will all make it.

what books did people find most helpful for the PE exam. I took the civil w/ geo in the afternoon. Got creamed for the second time. I used the cerm and das books. alot of stuff i couldn't find. I saw people with entire libraries with them, hand trucks, dolleys, suit cases, ... WTF? Their has...

-someone earliar posted that the cutoff will be around 50/80 to pass. its 50/80 questions correct which equates to 62% in this messed up little world. i think you need atleast 56-57/80 correct to pass which is about 70%. So if you solve hallf and guess half you obviously are very likely to...

i got 50/80 on the april exam- their is no way the cut off is 50/80 for any of the exams- otherwise you could theoretically pass by guessing almost half. i need a drink - a strong one. this hot dog stand is looking like a mighty attractive alternative.

Mary- thanks for the support and kind words. For the rest of us if the cutoff is 50/80 that means 25 questions right. So if you solved 1/2 the exam correctly and guessed the other 1/2 you would pass. solve 20 guess 20. from the 20 guesses you are likely to get 5 correct. Damn i still failed-...

This is the second time for me and I swear the geotech part was alot harder this time than in apr??

I just called castle again ( yes i'm on a campaign to annoy them as much as they annoy me). The lady said they mailed them all out on Friday. Somebody else should call and see what they say since they have different answers every 20 mins. Also NYS is hard at work posting zero licenses this morning.
