    Stopping sight distance on grades

If I'm given a question where two connecting grades are given and the answer either asks specifically for SSD or asks for a related element (i.e. length based on SSD) for a given design speed, how could I get the SSD information using AASHTO? In the 2001 AASHTO book, for example, Exhibit 3-2...

Do you HAVE to sit for two years after failing?

Just wondering, is this a rule set in place by the individual state lisensing board, or is this an NCEES rule? I took the FE for the third time this past April and am hoping that, in case I did fail, I can just take the test in another state in October. Does anyone know?

    NCEES Practice Exam?

Does anyone know whether or not the practice exam that they offer on their website changes in the Fall/Spring like the actual exam itself? Not that it matters much I guess, unless the practice questions would be anything like the questions that will be asked on the exam (wishful thinking).
