I guess to clarify my situation, I have dealt with her future boss if she changes companies.  We are a general contractor and they're a university we do work for.  She'd switch from the contractor side to the construction administration side for them.   Again, thanks for the feedback!

Agree. I'd focus on major items and then if you come across a timber problem try and work through the material in your back as best you can.

Does anyone have any information on a Ceco Corp. bar joist? The tag designates the bar joist as a 24H8 40-5 AJ2 joist. Its a long shot but figured it would be worth asking.

You might also try and work an example of an elevated slab. There were examples in some of my exam study guides that would be a little different take but good practice.
