Has NCEES decided what to question about yet?

if its like it was last time, they will look at everything we discuss here and then put completely opposite problems on the exam. Just kidding but it did seem that way...at least to me anyway. your best bet is to get the outline and study every section from it. Nobody knows what they will...

    Testmasters Construction Production Question

based on my experience with the April 09' exam, this is definitely a question that is representative of the types of questions you may see on the exam.

    HP33S Calculator

I was a diehard HP fan since engineering school. My professors had them and taught us that you must have one to be a true engineer. I used the HP48, 49, and then bought a 35 for the PE Exam. That thing was a piece of junk and I sold it on Ebay right away for a loss. I picked up a Casio 115ES...

    Construction PM References

Hopefully its better than the 1st Edition. It needed some improvement to be really useful for the exam. It is a good reference to have but don't count on it alone to pull you though. I believe it was helpful on 3-4 problems for me on the afternoon portion.

    Construction PM References

I agree with you Dexman about having the whole thing but the NCEES Outline says only Part 6 - Temporary Traffic Control is necessary for the exam. CERM 11 also has a page or 2 on temporary traffic control but I did not find it helpful for the exam. The MUTCD Part 6 was helpful to me during the...

    GEORGIA - RESULTS

no shit? if this is true it has to be one of the most crazy things I have ever heard. Surely they can overnight or 2 day the results given the circumstances. That couldn't cost that much.

The MUTCD is free! Download here: http://mutcd.fhwa.dot.gov/ All you need is part 6 (I believe) - Temporary Traffic Control. Make sure you bind it for the exam. ASCE 37-02 is covered pretty well in the AISC Steel Manual. It may be covered in one or more of your college textbooks too if you...
