    Under the Mechanical Breath Exam Specifications by NCEES , under the topic of Energy /Power systems item no. 3 & 4 is Energy Balance and Mass Balance. Can someone please let me know which chapters in MERM are for these two items?

    I always thought that the combustion listed in the specifications is the chapter no. 21- Fuels and Combustion; not the combustion cycles. Maybe I am wrong.

    Hi, I am taking HVAC depth and was wondering if there are any problems related to these two chapters in the exam because it is not in the exam specifications. The exam specifications mention thermodynamic cycles and refrigeration cycles. Do these combustion cycles fall under thermodynamic cycles?

    FE reference manual for PE morning breath exam

    I am taking the HVAC depth for PE. I am not good in MD and the problems in the practice book by Lindeburg seem to be complicated for the morning breath exam. Do you think studying and practicing problems from the FE reference manual should be a good idea?
