Has anyone in Civil/Transpo gotten her/his license number yet ? Couldn't figure out what order they follow, random, alphabetical or based on disciplines.
Since I missed the deadline for October 2012, I applied for April 2013 on late July-2012, but surprisingly I received a letter at the end of August which says "I can sit for October 2012 exam" thus I could study with textbooks only in this limited time frame (PPI for 1.5 months - just weekends)...

I took afternoon transportation too and finished 20 minutes early. I think I have 28 correct in morning and 32 in afternoon. I hope to pass it, I really don't want to study again.
Below is the errata about Prob. 69, they just clarified the wording.
Prob. 69, the problem statement should be changed to include fatalities in the accident rate being calculated (e.g., "...the accident rate for injury and fatal accidents..."). This will be changed in future printings.

General rule or reciprocity; being licensed in others state means "you passed NCEES-PE exam only" ,you still have to fulfill all requirements of the state that you want to be licensed anyway.
I do not think he will be eligible to sit for exam in NYS because ,he mentioned that he is on H1B visa, NYS requires being US citizen or Green Card Holder.
