the references are just that, references. You don't need to study them, just have a basic idea of how the information is organized. IT IS FOLLY to take the construction module without the required references.

Yes, most NSPE membership is Engineers in private practice. You can make some good connections there. Another advantage of NSPE membership is Continuing Education credits.

Not true. NYS does not require a license in another state. If you have the required experience and have passed the required exams, NYS will review your application and issue a license.
