Do I only use the optimal signal cycle length (Webster's Theory) it the question specifically asks for "optimal signal cycle length" and use (v/s)*©/(c-l) when asked for MINIMUM cycle length? I'm specifically look at Goswami book pages 768-769

I came across problems where eq. 410.15 from Goswami more useful. I think, if they don't ask for Webster formula, we need to use the one from Goswami.
