Do we really need this book for construction depth? The third edition is coming out not until last week of April 2012 after the exam. I really want to buy 3rd edition. How is 2nd edition? Your advice would be appreciated.

This is a good book to have and it certainly covers alot of the exam topics, but you probably don't "need" it for the exam. I took it with me, but never refered to it.

Thanks Treyjay. Which depth you took? I am taking construction depth. Can you please tell me which references are really necessary to buy?

I also took construction. Get all the references and be familiar with them. The reference you don't bring will be the one you wish you had.
