I've got the Standard Handboork for Engineering and was wondering do i really need to spend the money for the Enviromental Engineering Review Manual. The Handbook seems to cover a ton of stuff. I welcome your opinions. Thanks.

My opinion would be yes since that handbook loosely follows the organization/specifications of the Environmental PE Exam.

I'd second that opinion. I had both and found the EERM handbook was extremely helpful for the April 2010 exam. The costs suck but it's also a handy resource professionally.
