also driving into work today because chili cookoff and i'm not about to carry a crockpot on the bus/train. also working OT with guests coming into town at end of week. also bc i'm crazy.

POOR MAN'S Economically or Socially  Disadvantaged Person's HAM

2 cans Treet or SPAM
1 can pineapple rings
1 c. brown sugar

Slice Treet or SPAM in slices as if for sandwich. Place slices in a baking pan or iron skillet. Mix liquid from pineapples and brown sugar together and pour over meat. Place pineapple rings on top. Bake until liquid has bubbled up over meat, approximately 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be fixed in microwave.

I had an update a couple of weeks ago that crashed my computer.  I had to get the Mother Board replaced. AAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHHH.
