Expected Results Before May 24th

Can't we just get the results already so we can look back on this thread and laugh at ourselves???? NCEES????

My productivity has definitely gone down. I'll get into the zone for about 30 mins and then remember I'm waiting for results and get sidetracked. I've actually been staying a bit late because I feel guilty about my lack of focus.

Same same...although I'm not sure if a result (good or bad) would improve my productivity for the rest of the week. I'll either be depressed and ready for the long weekend, or elated and ready for the long weekend. Either way, I'm ready for the long weekend.

TBPE are saying 6 weeks from when the exams was taken.  I am going to the meeting this afternoon.  I'll ask again about the results

I remember not even checking the FE exam results until my friend called me to let me know.  I was totally expecting to fail the FE exam, but I would not have made a career change and work in the engineering the past 10 years if I had failed that FE exam.  Technology has really changed how we go about waiting for exam results.  I can check results anytime on the phone or PC.  Results can't come sooner.

Same.  My mom keeps having this ~feeling~ that I passed, and I'm like, STOP. It will make it that much worse when I get the results back and failed.

Yeah same, I remember not even thinking about it until I received the letter.  I failed by one point! I was still in school though and hadn't studied, so taking it again wasn't a huge deal.

No weekend is long enough, but passing would make it a memorable memorial day weekend.  Failure would make beer and wine taste so bitter this weekend if results come out this week.

oh the NCEES does have impeccable timing if they release results right before Memorial Day weekend for Texas.  We would forget all worries after the slightly longer weekend.  Either way I need to stock up on some cold ones.

I heard back then PE exam results were only mailed so it was either a thin envelope (pass) or fat envelope (fail), which would be so much fun.

I would at least be off these boards and done refreshing the NCEES page! That would help my productivity a bit. Day of though, I'll be leaving work as soon as results are released.

Yep, 2001 for me.  I still have my letter.  Walked out of that exam and immediately told everyone there was no way I passed that, but somehow I did.  I was still in school and hadn't studied for it.

Haha yep, I took it in 2006 or 2007.  I wonder if you can find your name on the State database if you passed the PE exam?  I looked a couple of days ago and didn't see my name, so wasn't sure if the results weren't loaded or if it's confirmation that I failed, lol.

I have a fairly useless update but it is an update none the less.  I emailed the Tennessee Board of Engineers to see what they would say.  They responded within 10 minutes saying they haven't heard anything from NCEES and do not know when the results are coming, but that they expected it to be "very soon" based on previous exam cycles.

If you've submitted your SER and all the paper work, you should be able to find your name if you've passed and they've posted the results

I think these days NCEES is the fastest way to find out...Colorado at least doesn't seem to update their database for days or weeks after results are released.

Just checked the texas PE roster database no big changes yet.  They did grant someone a PE license yesterday so they're doing some productive work.
