What happened to the Congratulatory Banner?

Nope... it's not on the GREY Pro skin.

I only put them on the blue (default) and green skins. The GREY pro does not have banners.

To change your skin of choice, go to the pulldown menu on the bottom left of the screen. It will say:

IPB 2.2.0 Default (Blue)

--- Green
