My boss sent me this link. It looks like the miltitary has consolidated their manuals according to the Unified Facilities Criteria. Thought I would post the link.

NOTEThe topic title is incorrect - it should be the Unified Facilities Criteria, not Design Criteria. sorry

UFC references a lot of commercial codes, now, it's not all mil-spec like it used to be- NEC, IBC, etc, are all applicable. Most of UFC is more design criteria than anything else. There's some excellent information and good design practice there, I try to use the handbooks as much as possible.

It's nice to be able to pull, say, MIL-HDBK-1003/3 off the web instead of having to go out and but Manual J, though!

...but, of course, a state PE license means jack-all on federal property where UFC is applicable ;)
