transportation design standards Updates

Does anybody know how to get the new updates for the following transportation design standards:

AASHTO[SIZE=8pt]1[/SIZE] Roadside Design Guide, 2002 edition (3rd edition), American Association of State Highway & Transportation Officials, Washington, DC.

HCM[SIZE=8pt]2[/SIZE] Highway Capacity Manual (HCM 2000), 2000 edition, Transportation Research Board—National Research Council, Washington, DC.

1. Including 2006 Chapter 6 Update.

2. Including all changes adopted through October 1, 2006.

I have examined the new greenbook and the only section that I could find different from my 2001 ed. was the section on superelevation. I also called ASSHTO and was directed to the engineer in charge of the book and talked to him explaining that I had purchased the 2001 and that I would like to know exactly what had changed and if I could purchase just the changes. I further explained that I was preparing for the exam and had already made a substantial contribution to his organization to add to the one that I had made by purchasing the 2001 ed. Anyway, he seemed very sympothetic and assured me that he would gather a response and call me back. That was a month ago?????

As far as the road side design guide, I have the updates electronically, but it will not let me do anything but print and view it (I have tried repeatedly)! Hope this helps
