i read about these in national geographic or some such publication - was claiming correctability better than optically ground glass; pop them on, adust oil thickness / volume till your vision's clear, seal the tubes & you're good to go. If they could make them halfway fashionable, probably put alot of optometrists out of work although i wonder what effects temperature extremes would have on the level of correction.
