Apparently, the economy is one thing in Europe that is not superior to America.

...until we revise the Q2 2013 numbers downwards because they are, at best, a guess or, at worst, an outright fabrication designed to make the stock market temporarily tick upwards.

 
It's too bad so many countries over there embraced austerity measures. Germany's the only one I know of that is spending heavily on infrastructure.

 
The European markets rallied on our day off yesterday, just to prove they're still superior when we're not around.

Yeah, if they had printed a bunch of money to keep spending more and more every year while their tax income decreased, then they could crash and burn along with us when the piper shows up to be paid.

 
Germany HAS to spend money on its infrastructure, due to some hastily made, but ill thought out, decisions on energy policy.

Plus, they are basically the only ones with money in the EU.

Their time is coming....
