I have a complete pdf of the Seismic Design Review Workbook by Hiner. It is the 2006IBC (2007CBC) version. I will also throw in all the class notes for free. These are not handwritten but rather what was handed out during the live webinars. This is everything you need to pass the exam. I took the class but got much more out of the book studying on my own time. I use paypal. Thanks and Good Luck!
