President Obama says his credit card was declined at a NYC restaurant

Obama said he tried to explain to the waitress that his card was valid, saying, "I've been paying my bills," to no avail.

"It turned out, I guess, I don't use it enough ... so they thought there was some fraud going on," Obama said, shrugging. "Fortunately, Michelle had hers."

I call BS on this. One of the entourage would pick up the check. the President doesn't just go out for lunch between UN sessions and NO restaurant would decline his card.

I think his wife eats for both of them... of course smoking does help keep the weight off..
