Ohio Certificate Finall Showed Up

...and no, it wasn't bent.

Ohio was one of the very first states to send out their exam results, but I finally got my certificate on Friday. I got an invitation to a ceremony in Columbus on the 19th of August where they were going to be presenting certificates to new PE's.

Hmmmmmm, 2 weeks to figure out who didn't attend the ceremony and mail their certificate? Sounds to me like someone is pouting because nobody wants to go to their little party.

No, my invitation got here just fine. We were out of town that weekend, but even if we weren't I doubt I would have been driving an hour-and-a-half up to Columbus on a Saturday so some wrinkled old man can hand me my certificate and send me on my way.

I just pulled this pic off the Ohio PE Board site. Said they were the welcoming committee at the reception. :dunno:
