Per NCEES; ALL states have the FE results at this time (Since 12/22/10). Login to your state through NCEES to see if your results are there, or you'll be waiting for the mail like so many of us for the PE. Good luck

Yes - no official email from the state of Indiana - but passing letter is posted in pdf on the NCEES site. Exactly as you reference.

I am getting sick of looking at the NCEES web site, I just want my results
