How many times can you take the PE exam in NH? Is there a limit after you fail it a few times like other states (like MA)?

Directly off the NH board of professional engineers website in the NH Code of Administrative Rules, PART Eng 304 EXAMINATIONS:
Eng. 304.02 Re-Examinations. Candidates failing an examination shall be entitled to re-examination upon payment of an additional examination fee pursuant to Eng 302.03 (a) and ( b ).
It does not discuss a limit on number of attempts but you could contact the board to find out for certain.
