So I have the NEC 2008 version, does anyone think I should upgrade to the NEC 2011 for this fall's test? About to start hitting NEC hard for the last month of studying.

Thanks!

Erik

I would NOT use the old version.
+1.

NCEES states the exam is based on NEC 2011. Meaning the problems will reference tables and code sections accordingly using the 2011 code. Some of which have shifted as compared to the 2008 code. You don't want to add any unnecessary confusion during the exam. See if you can pick up a used copy somewhere. Addall.com is a good site that scours the web for the best price on books.
