Got a document with all the lending information on it this morning (pre-filled), but it's not called a "trust agreement". I assume that's what it is, though. I was just curious if anyone knew if this was a generic document with a header of "Trust Agreement".
A trust agreement spells out the conditions of a trust. I imagine this would only come into play if the real estate you are refinancing is in the name of a trust rather than you personally.
Would that not be the original terms/conditions/etc from your original mortgage? That'd be the agreement between you and the lender to pay $XXX a month for XXX years... Lender trusts you to adhere to that,etc... That's how I took it when I read your original question...
