MERM Tabs

I read a post a while back with a nice system for tabbing merm. It was very detailed, pictures, etc. I can not seem to locate it with the search feature. "Tab" is too short of a query (must be 4 characters). I have tried 'tabs', 'system' & 'MERM' with no luck.

Does anyone know of the post that I speak of?
