The 2,000-acre wetland system in Fairfield converts what is mainly treated wastewater that would otherwise flow into the Gulf of Mexico into an additional 65,000 gallons per day feeding the Richland-Chambers Reservoir
At $75 million, the wetlands system cost far less to build than traditional filtering infrastructure and has piqued the interest of planners from places as far afield as Mexico City and Baghdad
Now go hug an environmental engineer.

I'm going to write an article: "Ocean found to have amazing treatment capacity for human wastes". "The City of Los Angeles, for example, has discharged trillions of gallons of sewage to the Pacific Ocean, for decades. Yet on the other side of the Pacific Ocean, in Japan, no trace of Los Angeles's sewage has ever been detected!" "Engineer Dleg therefore proposes the creation of artificial oceans as an inexpensive and natural means for the treatment of sewage".

How do I file for a patent?
