In a ruling that is sure to please motorists nationwide, a federal judge has reaffirmed that the protections entitled under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution include drivers that warn others of speed traps by flashing their headlights according to a report published by Fox News 2 and its St. Louis affiliate. This finding was part of an injunction issued by U.S. District Court Judge Henry Autery against the Ellisville Missouri police department which bars its officers from writing any tickets for the increasingly popular practice.
