IBC 2018 ammended and NEC 2018 / NFPA 70 Ground/Neutral bus bars

Does anyone had experience about what if pairing the beutral bus bar and the NEutral bus bar at teh breaker box panel is acceptable or a violation to the 2018 IBC and NEC 2018 codes. I keep finding this practice so often that I just wanter if my iterpretation is not correct.
