I have stopped studying, but I figured I'd try one more question just in case there is an easy answer/formula that someone can throw at me.

In Camara's sample exam, problem 152 gives the MVA of a generator and a transformer (fed from the generator). Voltage is given and the transformer impedance %z is given. We are told both X/R ratios are the same and asked for the fault current. Apparently since their X/R ratios are the same, that can give you the generator xd", but he doesn't explain it. Anyone?

Thanks.
